Leaf Construction
You can select from all the most popular binders and chambers. The leaf closure can be welded, bolted, riveted or a combination of the above. Our leaves are available in 304, 316 and 316L stainless steel or other specialty metals to fit your most corrosive application.

Our filter leaves are engineered to provide precise balance and tension between the medium, outer mesh and closure. This ensures your leaves will have outstanding dimensional stability and exceptional life. You can also use our specially designed Poro-Max chambers which provide more even precoats and higher flow rates. Our leaves can use either synthetic cloth covers or stainless steel fabric.

Poro-Max Chamber Material
Poro-Max is a lightweight support medium which provides exceptional strength, rigidity and flow. It has low internal resistance so you will have lower pressure drops. Poro-Max also provides a more uniform cake distribution across the face of the leaf as compared to traditional medium. Old wire mesh medium typically has a thicker cake in the center and thinner near the edges. With Poro-Max you will have a thicker cake and drier solids. There are also no broken wires to damage your filter cloths.
